Fixed!
The fix for permalinks was much easier than I anticipated. All I had to do was go into my permalink settings and change the format. How the format was switched to a custom I’m unsure, my best guess is hackers. I’ve changed passwords for everything related to apolarview.com. Hopefully that will ensure this doesn’t happen again.
Now it’s time to work on the CSS for Disquis.
